E.M.S. Presents "Make It Work" Networking Conference and Hip Hop Roundtable on August 24, 2013. This will be an eventful evening with many opportunities to: increase your brand awareness, build your fan base, and most importantly, help establish a unified culture of Hip Hop in the Greater Cleveland area. 
Segment 1 - Refreshments &Roundtable

"Make It Work" will begin at 6pm with light refreshments and music. Immediately following will be the debate we've all been waiting for - the Hip Hop Roundtable! Seven special guests will participate by answering some of the most thought-provoking questions related to today's Hip Hop! The questions include:

- What does Hip Hop mean in 2013?
- Who has the best album/mixtape this year (11/12 to present date)?
- What talented artists are being overlooked?
- Who are the Top 5 active MCs?
- How does "indie" differ from "major"?
- What album (since 2000) has been the most influential and has had the largest impact on Hip Hop?

Segment 2 - Networking
This is the time for you to meet and greet with artists, producers, audio engineers, promoters, and other reps in Cleveland. 

There are two ways to bring further exposure to your brand at this event: 

- Have a vocal presence and "work the room"  by introducing yourself to everyone with like interests. 

Sponsor a 34" table for $30 and create a more professional presentation. The sponsored table will include: a table tent with your company name and logo and table skirt. Any other reasonable requests you may need (extension cords, etc...) shall provided.  You have total control over what you put on the table. This may include (but not limited to) saleable merchandise, pamphlets, business cards, audio playback device, laptop, etc. Also, your logo will go on the back on the flyer.

GOALS

- To bring local talent together and create a business network.
- Offer a platform for brand ambassadors to sale their merchandise.
- Establish a Hip Hop culture based on positivity, outreach, and unity.

Once again, this is a WONDERFUL opportunity to increase exposure to your brand!

If you want to be apart of this event,  deadline for sponsoring a table is August 1st to ensure that all requests are fulfilled and that your business name and logo is added to all printed promotional material. If you decided to be a sponsor AFTERAugust 1st, your business name and logo will NOT be on printed material BUT will we included in all digital promotions. The latest you can register as a sponsor is August 9th.
