Use Turmeric + San Yin Jiao For Healthy Skin

Let's get right to it....



In my experience as an esthetician, I have learned this: if someone is paying you $75-$200+ for a facial they are interested in answers, your answers. They already respect the time an effort you have put into knowing and caring about the conditions of people. 


The most common question I get asked is 'How can I look younger?!'


The answer is simple: #cleanyourspleen!


The spleen is responsible for logging everything you intake in through your blood and recycling the blood you need....among other things. When your spleen is working at full capacity the blood that feeds your skin cells are healthier and the result is better looking skin.

This is where the turmeric comes in.Consuming turmeric on a regular basis supports a healthy spleen. I find that consuming turmeric and cayenne pepper  in about 5 oz of  hot water causes a boosting action that can be a little jolting, but definitely worth it. Advise your clients of this so that the work you are doing is not in vain.

San Yin Jiao

Now, during the actual service, I always give my clients a foot and calf rub. This is point where I take the opportunity to practice San Yin Jiao. 
This technique is connected and stimulates a healthy spleen.
